Here is some of the technical detail on what is included in the Virtual Talent price:
The Talent
- Recruitment Process
- 40 hours a week
- Replacement if at anytime they resign
- Up to three replacements at your request every 18 months

(Note: Talent gets 10 days personal leave and 20 days annual leave each year - personal leave does not accrue beyond 10 day balance. Absenteeism due to typhoon season will be deducted from personal leave first, then annual leave. Employee may not attend on Philippine public holidays. Annual Leave must be taken at a time agreed by you.)
Management support including:

Training
- Day one - attend to your office and train your team
- Day seven - attend to your office and review progress. Re-train as necessary.
- Monthly - employer contacted by Flat Planet's Australian team, we discuss your satisfaction and follow up and resolve any issues. Results drive the bonus structure for the employee in the Philippines.
- Every day - in the Philippines, intensive training on Australian workplace culture and skills. Including review of Australian cultural / social events and issues (they will know what the Melbourne Cup is, what Australia Day is, when the football finals are on, what the state capitals are called and where they are, who the Prime Minister is and so on).
Prices vary from around $2000 (ex-GST) a month to about $3200 (ex-GST) a month.
This equates to around $20,000 to $35,000 a year including all on-costs and office and technology expenses.
As a guide - $2000 will secure the services of a university graduate with 2-3 years experience.
$3200 will secure you the services of a senior and experienced professional.
Some high-demand experienced professionals in the Information Technology and Engineering disciplines may come at a slightly higher price.
GST applies as you are contracting with an Australian company - the transaction takes place in Australia.
Payment terms are monthly - paid in full before the commencement of the month. (Service will be suspended if payment is not made.)
Credit cards are acceptable - no extra charges for credit card use (including American Express).
