In both cases, Flat Planet provides the HR management layer - ensuring punctual performance and high productivity.
In both cases, every member of the project team works from Flat Planet's offices and uses Flat Planet's technology.
(Exception: some IT projects may employ a specialist supervisor who may work from another location - for example, we might nominate a Silicon Valley or Massachusetts-based expert)
